CSCMONAVENIR
"Her many years as a parent council president have given her a remarkable ability to understand different perspectives—that of students, parents, teachers, and administration. She knows how to listen, assess a situation objectively, and find balanced solutions, without losing sight of what matters most: the students."
Jadelynn C - Parent

"She is intelligent, capable, and deeply committed. She knows how to make thoughtful decisions, find practical solutions, implement meaningful initiatives, and advocate for the interests of students and their families. But what truly sets her apart is how she does it: with grace, respect, compassion, and a genuine desire to make things better."

Move the project forward and see it through.
We have made significant progress on this project over the past few years. I want to continue this work until we achieve a French-language Catholic high school in East Toronto — a school our families need and our students deserve.
Listen before making decisions.
When a decision affects our schools, parents need to be heard. I will continue to consult with families in my region to ensure that their experiences, concerns, and priorities are represented at the decision-making table.
Being there when families need help.
Navigating the school system can sometimes be complicated. Drawing on my 15 years as a MonAvenir parent, my experience on Parent Council, and my role as a School Board Trustee, I will continue to support families and help them find solutions when they face challenges.
Giving every child the tools to succeed.
Success is about more than academic achievement. For every student to thrive and reach their full potential, they need to feel safe, welcomed, respected, and supported. Regardless of their needs or background, every child should have access to the resources and tools they need to succeed.
Protecting the trust of our community.
Our Board, along with other French-language school boards, has been recognized by the Minister of Education as a model of good governance. I want to continue to take on leadership roles within the Board to uphold transparent and accountable practices that are focused on the interests of our students, families, and community.
Protecting what makes us unique.
I will continue to defend and promote our French-language Catholic education system. Our students deserve access to a quality education, as well as the resources and opportunities they need to succeed, on an equal footing with students in English-language schools.
“I have seen firsthand how deeply Rhea cares about students and the adults who support them. She advocates for what families need — safer schools, practical resources, and a genuine focus on student success. I am supporting her re-election because results matter, and because our children deserve that level of commitment.”
